What do you do in the ICU?
We have a 5 week curriculum (program) that we follow with information that impacts the core areas of a woman’s life. Each week we discuss a new topic along with weekly assignments to complete in between our group sessions.
Is the ICU group therapy?
No. Think of it as a class to learn about you! Group therapy is focused on treating symptoms of a diagnosis or disorder and stabilizing those symptoms. Our group program is focused on GROWTH and comprised with ladies with similar life experiences who desire to HEAL!
